It feels like Cuttlefish really benefitted from writing a crazy MC between LOTM 1 & 2 because Lumian is a great middle ground between Klein and Hey (from Embers Ad Infinitum).

I believe that the fourth epoch Trier is the section of the old Tudor capital that sank deep underground, whereas underground Trier refers to the general underground network of sewers, tunnels, etc. If I’m wrong, anyone feel free to correct me.

I try not to be hopeful with this novel but I hope Jenna stays for a long while. It’d be too awful if Lumian keeps losing people, especially when he’s been slowly opening up again.

I’ll admit that this one starts off a bit slow, but once it gets rolling it just keeps on delivering nonstop. With fantastic world building and a charming cast, this is an easy recommend for me.
