I hate to be rude but kinetic energy does not equal chakra though. kinetic energy is the energy of movement which is why it works well as a shield like Captain America's. It stores the energy of movement and cancels out the force behind attacks. Chakra while it is an energy, it would be more similar to chemical energy or some other kind of energy that can fuel our bodies and easily transform into other types of energy.

I really love the story. I just wanted to let you know that Naruto is 11 at the start of canon and while Naruto is that age Kakashi is 27. It doesn't matter that much. Again I just wanted to let you know. I am enjoying your story

I'm sorry to nitpick but with all of the things he added I really feel he should have gotten more than just a slight pain. you said it depends on what he adds and he added a whole bunch of OP things in one night. I think that is worthy of more than just a slight pain. Again I am sorry for nitpicking. It just bothered me slightly.
