I like fantasy novels. Maybe someday I'll write one and contribute to this site. We'll see.

FRED: "We just invented this, how do you know its name?" GEORGE: "Either you've been spying on us." FRED & GEORGE: "Or you've got some explaining to do..."
It might've also been the fact that he literally didn't even say a SINGLE WORD about Shen. (Thanks plot) But yeah, definitely that too.
Something tells me Tai Lung's many peaceful challenges, and him leaving without causing any problems is "mysteriously" not going to spread...
Maybe a Solrock or Lunatone is in that rock group.
That's fine, like I told someone else, my issue isn't that they hate him, I understand that. The issue is that he made no real effort to defend his innocence when he EASILY could have. Instead just getting angry and starting a fight. That is forced conflict.
Tai Lung: "The banished Shen was here, and was making destructive weapons I can show you right now, this is even his feather. Let's go show the soothsayer if you don't believe me."________ Literally just takes 2 sentences to fix this. I don't mind conflict, but I dislike FORCED conflict by the author.
The book wasn't infinite, it was stated to have been finished being read by a character. I believe it was Ultraman.
Interesting and disappointing at the same time. The story takes a more unique path being rather heavily involved with the Saiyan planet before the destruction, rather than the usual DBZ plot. The writing is good, detailed, and entertaining but still. Part of me feels like the plot hasn't actually gone anywhere despite reading every chapter.
Not sure why this story is so highly rated. The MC is literally a sociopath. Not to mention being much older mentally and having sex in his previous life, he makes plans on how to deal with the romance of other girls. The story kinda goes out of its way to suck him off and portray him as amazing. Weird flex, but okay that's common in other stories here. The issue is that despite him being strong enough to dominate dozens of other villains solo in an instant, he whines that he's not as strong as All Might. And then proceeds to almost have a panic attack about how he's not good enough, and no one should be stronger than him. It's fascinating how the MC themselves can somehow ruin an entire story.
A truly interesting and well-made story. A lot of attention was put into it, and it doesn't just follow the events of the show. The author isn't afraid to make their own events and does a great job with that. I definitely recommend this as a read. If I had some complaints it's that as the story goes on, the "darker" aspects of the story seem to become more and more forced. And doesn't feel as natural as it did before. It feels forced and a little cringy as the MC continually "wallows in his darkness". The idea of it is alright, but the execution is shaky. Later on, the author also struggles with the gamer system and keeping it balanced within the story. Because the system is so strong, the author has to go out of their way to nerf it...a LOT. All the points are put into luck because if they weren't, the MC would honestly just steamroll everything with no problems. The author tries to justify this by getting more spirits involved in the story and saying the luck is necessary and that only luck could solve it, but that is flimsy at best. Even after all this, the MC has like 30 different lucky draws he never uses, and the author had to come up with a pretty lackluster reason for him to stop leveling up so he doesn't just break the narrative.
The game didn't even last a minute tho...
