I see destruction in this kingdoms future.
"5,000? Oh no, a weapon as 'capable' as yours needs to be truly tested before it is worth anything in my eyes. We have hired one of the top mercenary companies in this kingdom who have brought 10,000 of their best men to test your creation," said King Eldor as he gazed down at the field where a large army of mercenaries began to line up on one side. Vulcan then thought about switching to different modes of vision. He used a blacklight vision mode, and that's when he saw it. Hundreds of spots covered the entire village, but then he saw that the spots led in a direct trail outside of the village to an open field.

So he found another use for the beasts besides gaining experience and energy points which can improve metals. Wonder if the beasts bodies can help him any other way or those herbs. While I am talking about improvements I guess he will learn how to add runes to his body to improve it. Curious on the path it will take on making him stronger.

Things were going to get more interesting with her being able to do that now, he thought. He already had his own jetpack on, so it was fine to leave already. As they took off, he left a platoon of commando sentries with the medium factory cube in the cave. Flying away, he noticed that she was looking back at the cave with interest. Once he activated the factory and the changes occurred, she gasped. He already let her in on some of his secrets; might as well let her know about the factories now. I like Jess but personally I hope Vulcan doesn’t travel with her as much once he resolves his trauma from his mother. I did like his reasoning for helping Jess as I normally don’t like how the first human contact instantly becomes someone they are close to for no apparent reason. Anyway I can see Jess becoming one of his Generals or someone to help run the human side of his territory. Just my thoughts so far, still love the story.

He also spent EP on the three small factories for the mines the commandos had found. Once they got running and producing automatons, they would seal the entrances and create underground bunkers below the mountains that would be interconnected. Why go outside when they could slowly grow below the humans' land? He got the idea from the ant colony and how there are literal small pockets of underground spaces that are filled with monsters just waiting to be discovered by some poor bastard. - LegolasGreenleaf1dCommentedThey soon emerged to the surface, and a large grand stone room was present with a retinue of armed sentries. The main doors to the room were open, letting in the bright sunlight in. As soon as the trio walked out, an even larger number of sentries were seen moving around like they were ants. But the most surprising thing were the larger walls surrounding them, they seemed grander and larger than from Jess remembered. They turned around to look behind them and against the mountainside was one of the largest castles they have ever seen. Well, to Jason, it was the first time seeing one. Jess, on the other hand, had seen a few, and this one was enormous. The entire thing was very similar in layout to Minas Tirith from Lord of the Rings. Several stone bridges connected the fortress to other parts, and the pulley elevators were commonly seen pulling several sentries and supplies to other parts. Against the walls were hundred-meter-high sculpted statues of Vulcan himself. The pair couldn't stop gawking, so Vulcan had to drag them to the top of the walls.

This makes more sense for adventurer guilds than some of the stories where you could be the strongest person but have to start at the bottom for fairness etcetera.
"If you are keeping your cultivation a secret, then you will begin at the very bottom of the ranks. But if you were to disclose your rank, then we will appropriately give you a Rank according to your cultivation stage," the receptionist explained. I feel he is blowing this way out of proportion. I mean it would be just like the other theories he listed as they also have no proof. It would either be added to the other theories if he was already well known in the inquisitor community otherwise just brushed aside as nonsense or trying to gain attention.

Jacob felt his entire forearm suddenly start to burn as those runic lines on his bones lit up, releasing crimson light.
