Oh, your that stupid. Anyhting can be a language as long as it has an intent to pass infromation. Such as; knocking, whistling, grunts, growling, colors, etc. As long it has a repeatable and recongizable pattern then it can be a language. They didn't just learn language, It was hundreds if not thousands of years of development to get what we now today. On the note of diseases only a handfull of the popluation need to beat it.
