Second, there has never been mentions of any single Shinto God in particular let alone Odin and Shiva as Villains. Read what is written properly and don't make stories in your mind.

Fun fact, she was the one who was stricter and did kill him but only when he went on rampages, like blowing random countries up. She didn't do it to take out her frustrations. I mean we always forget that Veldora before getting sealed was called an Evil Dragon for a reason. But if someone else ever killed him, she would hunt them down too.

He other Skill, Wrath King Sataneel keeps making her stronger as long as she has magic. So a perfect loop.
I actually had higher magic reserves than normal Milim but if she used her Skill, I wouldn't even be close to her. Cosmic Garou wasn't exactly vastly stronger than Saitama. He was also growing along with him. It's like Garou went from 12-14 while Saitama went from 12-18 and thus the difference kept on increasing. But the difference in this case is that Milim is already at 1000 while Saitama is at 15. If she were to use Stampede at the start, it's game over. Saitama will not get the time to adjust and grow stronger if he is erased at the start.
