i agree with your point as now rereading it, being everywhere and also nowhere at the same time doesn't make sense, however from what we can understand being omnipresent simply means being everywhere at the same time, and logically being everywhere at the same time needs the being to be all encompassing which from my understanding means being omnipotent. so yes being omnipresent doesn't give you omnipotence but to be omnipresent you need to be omnipotent first, i might be wrong tho
