She isn't. Nuwa is the Saint of humanity, BUT she is currently the patron Saint of the demons, for some reason that hasn't been explained yet. Though from what I see, it may not be so much the demons as a whole, but a select few families/bloodlines

I think that Golden Spirit has the highest cultivation level of all females in this novel, excluding Nuwa of course. And maybe Yun Xiao but I'm fairly sure she's above Yun Xiao

I actually like Nuwa quite a bit in this novel. Of course in the original mythos she's very different, but she should be appearing fairly soon iirc. She's probably my favorite saint here after Grandmaster of Heaven. This book does an excellent job of explaining the "why" behind the actions. Especially in the case of Nuwa, humanity, and even Hong Jun
