A very fun alternative history novel, the translation quality is great. Typically I see the most issues with names but haven't noticed a single issue.

Should emphasize that it is when there are shadows the wings are angel wing normally.

It would be pretty on the nose but Saguinius is a option lean into the blood bit and he also has wings that look draconian in some images.

Some of the old dragon lord valyrians got dragon features maybe the survivors around (or in) valyria could be a love interest with dragon features if you are interested in that.
