Whereas forced is when instead of okay you say No but are still told to marry that personGiven duke's friendship with the emperor I highly doubt anyone including the Grand Duke could force him into a forced marriage. and there's no mention of it being forced anyway.

Yeah that's what I don't understand, when Annalise asked what he would do if the child was not his, he so confidently answered that he would still love her and the child. So what changed, was he bewitched at that time.
