Hermione and Ginny are not an option since Dumbledore will eventually tell Harry Tom Riddle is Voldemort. Ginnys uncles were murdered by Death Eaters and the original Valdy will come back and have muggleborns hunted down. Tonks will kill him first if she ever finds out who he is, Bellatrix and Narcissa are old, so ick. Honestly, he has better chances with the Daughters of Death Eaters but I think it will be a long time for him to find a suitable love interest, unless he leaves England and changes his identity. If his body is like a Homunculus, can he have children? If he can't, what's the point of a love interest who will eventually get old and he will have to leave behind? Ditch the "relationship" until he can keep her by his side.
If he resurrected from the philosopher's stone, it's best to say that he will have a nonaging body as his new body will be made from alchemy like the homunculus in Full Metal Alchemist. It's better to not have this kind of mom, one who puts her friends above her own children.
