No, there were several "author notes" about negociating the end of the military service and not getting as much free time as hoped, nothing about sickness! There aren't that many chapters it's pretty easy to go back and check!

And just the way it has been announced is super suspicious, if there is something you know beforehand and can inform your reader that it may disrupt the release rate, it has to be military service!
