I have to respect your opinion. Not everyone like the same thing. I intended not to show Cersei's scheme since the start and only show it at the end for two reason. I wanted everyone to guess the mole on Edward's side and show everyone that every chapter is important. Some readers disliked the ten chapters I gave to Corenna and Brienne when they were secretly the heroes in my story. The second thing, I wanted everyone to see the period this scheme took and the hidden agenda that took place for more than twenty years. Even if Cersei was dumb, twenty years scheme would work anyway because no one would look that far. As for the other novel, I decreased the author's interaction with the MC but he would not disappear. Let's say, he would give Eddard some challenges. As for Dorne, I can't change anything about it.
