Probably, but the metal scroll was incomplete when it got to ves so it probably lost the other non mech focused technologies

Maybe the metal scrolls took its entire knowledges from the collective of the five scrolls users? There is gotta be one in the MTA and one in CFA which could mean that their technologies also got shared to Metal scroll

I was thinking along the line that the system took its knowledge from the collective minds of the user species, which in Ves case means the entirety of human race.
