I will tentatively say that I feel... Like Ryuu will accept if you say you just want to remain friends. Maybe ‘teach’ him that love has to go both ways, and that Haru only feels the platonic kind, not the romantic. Then explain that there is no way to force that to change, and unless Haru NATURALLY changes her mind (is not ‘forced’ to change it in some way), friendship is as good as it will be.
I don't think I can keep from doing something about his feelings anymore. I'm sure he'll reach the end of his patience soon no matter what excuses I give, but I can't accept him! That would be the catalyst for the yandere war with me at the center of it all, and I'm not so sure I'm ready for that. And while I've been teaching him otherwise, I don't think he's 100% stable. Something could trigger him, and I'd be the one to suffer. However, if I deny him, won't he lash out? If I say I want to stay as friends, would he accept that? There is something so incredibly depressing about that last statement. “I can take care of myself. I have in the past.” With the way it was delivered, it just feels so resigned and monotone. (Three cheers for sucky home lives *cough* sarcasm *cough*.)

Okay, now, this is interesting. If you didn’t notice, I’ll point it out for you. Akira’s little snippet POV isn’t written in first person like the others. I have no clue what that means, but I’m pretty sure it wasnt an accident on the author’s part, and was actually planned. I wonder what it means...?

Haruka notices some of the weirdest things (like, who the heck takes note of there friend’s morning voice after having just been literally kidnapped?), and has some of the wildest internal monologues i have ever seen. I love her for it.
