I am doubting Qiao Yanxuan... I have a feeling that cen xi already had sense that something is going on behind their backs, that's why she asked Da Zuo to accompany her... From what I could guess, Cen xi must have left a trap for the person who wanted to destroy antidote and she would keep the real cure secure... On the contrary there were 2 places where things get confused... 1. Cen xi found Qiao Yanxuan familiar (not in reference to being Qiao yanze's brother) 2. Qiao yanxuan having his butler to keep an eye on cen xi [(that could be because she didn't let him destroy the mansion nd she is yanze's woman) but going around her...], as well having too much interest in her I doubt this Yanxuan must have a back story Hint - I'm not sure but, If cen xi is willing to find the culprit behind the back (that wants to hurt qiao yanze), she must make sure that qiao yanze must be alive and safe nd the other party must not find this... (Smart one would get the clue)

I knew it was young master li, although he was kind the last time he saved cen xi... Now I doubt what he would do for protecting cen xi from this mess...
