Tbh this is pretty realistic in a way. Imagine working like a normal 9-5 job and you go home dead tired and hungry and all your wife does is cause trouble and headaches with her schemes. Even if you're very in love with such a person, i imagine it'd get pretty annoying really fast if its frequent. Im already annoyed and tired after my college classes, imagine a job in ancient times without a car, without an AC or heater
He was tired with whatever these people were scheming. He came home, after a long and tired day, hoping that he would be able to rest properly. But what did he get? Trouble and more trouble.
