The Character settings is little awkward, Butler (House Keeper) calling him 'Young Master', and his Father Telling him that family will depend on him. Considering the current Indian society, it feels little off.

I think its similar to that of World online Chinese novel, But Indian Settings. The Lord mode, historical plot, tasks, etc. Not that i complain, can consider it like fan-fic. But I like Indian setting.
The first one was called Lord game mode where players choose to become lords of their territory. Lord game mode players start as chief of the village up to the king of a nation. I think this is reference to full metal Alchemist brotherhood, "All is one and One is All" - which is basic foundation of alchemy- similar to law of preservation of mass and energy in physics.
