    I like this fan fic, but the author chose to cut and copy from another fanfic in which Issei fully mastered his powers before hand. I dont mind that, what I do mind is that it throws off the MC character, hope it doesnt continue

    Its not like a mary sue thing. It's a possibility given form. Nagato is cringy anyway. For a man, yes, but a God can do a lot more. Plus it's not like there will be no change in the MC throughout the novel.
