It’s the common Gary-Stu Harem story. Don’t bother reading unless you are expecting pure garbage. He starts overshadowing every other character including Luffy. The writing quality is acceptable, there are some minor mistakes. Also, Lucas has an OC brother in the One Piece World, named Lucius. The originality is astounding. By the way, he’s a super emo edge lord who is also a sociopath and who hates the world and blah blah blah.... you see what I mean when I say this story sucks.
