Great read. It's unfortunate that it got dropped just when things got interesting. I'd advice to only read the volume 1 as it feels more complete than volume 2 where it just stop abruptly.

It's good and engaging however the clunky and dullness of translation using complicated and uncommon words instead of simple ones is a chore to read. There are no word like 'people' anymore but 'individuals'. 'Stop' became 'ceased'. 'Death/dead' is 'demise/perished'. E.g. "He 'stopped' thinking of it = He 'ceased' thinking of it. It feels weird and uncommon. It's only a few examples but it's certainly ChatGPT's translation quality with few edits from human hands to be consistent. I prefer the easier and simplier translation from early chapters. Easy to read and understand. Easy and fast to imagine.
