There are NO female Custodes.
Hijack a Black Ship? It was a tempting thought. Referencing the Tithes series, a Tyranid Hive Fleet once attacked a planet where a Black Ship was collecting psykers. And how did the Imperium respond? They sent Sisters of Silence and a freaking female Custodian!!!

Just because a weapon has magic doesn’t mean you should design in poorly. It takes just a small bit of iron or steel to add a cross guard for protection.
It was a sword that lacked a cross guard, the blade was covered in hieroglyphs, giving it a mysterious and enchanting look.

This allows the user to hurl enemies sideways or upward, redirect projectiles, and drop heavy objects from impossible angles, turning positioning and balance into weapons. The power requires direct contact and rapidly drains stamina with continued use, and it is completely nullified by Pyrobloin, which prevents Devil Fruit activation and can weaken the user upon contact.
