Born in 1989 current in 1997 6'1 200lb and 8 years old, even if he woke up as a 3 year old he would be 11? you sure he was human before the mutants powers?

In Brasil if someone bag at a trafic signal, lets say the rotation goes for 2 min and 10 sec and he makes 1 R$ (brasilian money) each time there is a rotation, in 1h he make 30 R$ in a 8H "work" day he makes 240R$, working 24 days a month he makes a total of 5760R$, for comparison a minimal wage is 1100R$.
In my first life, I never gave a beggar any money. Because I know that those people who beg aren't really sincere and probably make more than the one who gives them money. It is like a business, beggars make quite some money, especially in a densely populated place.
