alright, i think you are wrong in this one. i did a bit of research and this what i found : it was stated that chakra is created by combining physical and spiritual energy. and the fact that he Awakened his ms and enhances his chakra means that it is indirectly improve his body and mind. If a body is given far more chakra than it is able to handle, then the body would potentially be killed by the overwhelming chakra.
