This is surely a plotline involving Ryan searching for Emily and their potential child in who knows what distant chapter of the story. PD: I don't know about others, but doesn't it seem really strange that this super popular and very cliché rugby player hasn't taken the slightest opportunity to sleep with Emily? I'm just saying, and no offense intended, but it seems to me that he's gay and only has a relationship with her because he doesn't want to come out of the closet, considering the very masculine and macho atmosphere among rugby players and the discrimination he would possibly suffer.
