Dom awoke at the sound of the Military Guard changing, the exhaustion from the last day gone as he prepared for his return to Riverside. He sat up, the sleeping arm of Meritamen spread across his chest. He gazed down at her peaceful face as he mind ran back to the events of the previous night. From her joining him in the bath to later joining him in the bed. He had broken many of his own rules, getting emotionally entangled with a game character. He didn't regret it though, clarity in his mind that he would make the most of the opportunity that World Conquest Online had given him, to grow in to a strong and capable leader.

You skipped 2 whole weeks of this relation ship building which I feel was there before no ????
[I'm sorry. But I still think that it's not the time yet. Like I said before, I trusted people before and I've been burned many times than I could count. It's hard to find the right people now that you could trust. I mostly operate on a deal by deal basis now like you said. You're just the people that stayed this long with me.]

Another part of the story I strongly remember reading. I got to say if you did Heavily edit all that content out i'm deeply saddened. All that story development and witty banter and actual conversation gone. Thats actually part of your skill set that I really enjoy. But alas thats if im not actually crazy and it was never there to begin with. its been 3 or 4 years since ive ready this story.
What I proposed back then is access to some of the plot of lands that are empty to be used as farms. Another part of the deal is we'd build a bridge that would connect our bases and we'd station a few of my people on their front gate for security. We'd also place one of the relays we made to further increase the range of Ana's reach. What I ask for them is that they should be the ones to take care of the plants we would be planting and we'll split everything down the middle if harvest comes. They're not utilizing their place fully and all the food that they have on them is only from their runs outside and their own stocks from before it hit.
