I can understand him telling the two that he is a different type of vampire. But not the details. It seems kinda dumb to give so much info to people he just met. He doesn't know them at all, and they only just met his sister. Besides, even if they are harmless they could be interrogated by enemies later.

You started the guy off with enough power to destroy the world with only his first wish, he only got stronger from there. OP MCs are fine, but they take a different approach. A need to hide their power, a personality flaw (lazy or pacifist for example) , or some weakness. I would say you could also add enemies at the MC's level, but adding stuff that can destroy the world seems silly. Take the character that originally owned the power of the MCs first wish. He didn't want to stand out and was jaded and rather lazy. He had no real peers so much of that story was more about how he struggled to hide the true strength of his power while using as little as possible. Giving that level of power to someone who has no problem using it (or no real weakness), will leave you with a story that's mostly slice-of-life sprinkled with a few paragraphs of how he chose to defeat enemies. As for continuing or not, that's up to you. Trying to write something you don't like will just burn you out.

In my opinion Issei with the boosted gear in Rias peerage is the most interesting, fun, and realistic option. I can't imagine Issei turning down the chance to be a devil and have an actual harem or ever saying no to Rias. Besides, just seeing how Ace struggles with the choice of protecting the family himself or powering up the pervert would be worth it. I say keep Rias' peerage because Ace seems more likely to interact with Sona's group. And the boosted gear because I can't believe Issei would be able to master a sacred gear that doesn't come with its own self-help manual (Ddraig).

You said elsewhere the MC suspects that he has a greater enemy (Minerva). Despite that he abandoned his love, his mother figure, and anyone he considered a friend. He left them behind protected by nothing more than wishful thinking. Even without a mysterious enemy its unlikely they'd be safe in that world. You keep saying he had no one, but that's only because you wrote it that way. Fleur's family turned against him, despite how close they were or how many times he helped them. Even to the point of cursing their own daughter. His guardian mother figure fled the country without bringing him along. His 'uncle' died in a jail cell. He didn't bother to even spare a few words explaining his past to the other students. You pretty much arranged for everything that could go wrong to do so. To the point that its not even realistic. Considering this is after his less than great backstory, it sets a pattern of tragedy. No reason to think there won't be some emergency that forces him to abandon his new friends. Or mysterious calamity that kills them off. Or whatever else at the end of that world.

She might not be all knowing, but from what we've seen she should know as much or more than the MC's helper. Either way that is like the dumbest excuse ever. He still cares for the people there, even if they won't remember him. This setting practically guarantees any normal person would come back later to check up one them. Which is what you are saying Minerva doesn't want.

Thank you. And cool. I'm glad we get to have the story without the back and forth of the other version.

Its not trolls man, and its not like people don't understand the format. They understand, but understanding doesn't make it any less annoying. The stories are great. But its still two separate novels crammed into one.

People talk about everything being better because he finds friends and family in the witcher world. But they seem to forget that he had that in the potter world until the author decided to take it all away. After the author crushed the MC and everything he cares about at the end of the first world there is no reason to trust they won't do the same with the at the end of the next.

Maybe, but who would trust it? Given the author's habit of tossing all kinds of suffering onto the MC, there is no reason not to believe they won't do the same thing when he leaves the current world. The MC had people he cared for in the first world. The author just decided to get rid of them for no real reason. The MC's helper had already told him he would be unable to stay in that world because of his power. His enemy would have had all the same info. That means all that junk wasn't done to drive him away, but instead just to get a few jabs at the MC before he left.

Agreed. The MC's backstory is nothing but tragedy. An orphan for two lifetimes. A tortured lab-rat. A bloodline that awakens from despair while erasing all good feelings from his memories. And that's just the start. The whole first world ends in failure. The villain wins everything it wants. The MC loses the girl and abandons the few people he cares about as he leaves. After 50 or so chapters of that I can't bring myself to even skim the story for the next world.
