You don't know when on the clock you die, and you don't perceive anything while you're dead. Once 12 comes around again, everything resets. He'd need to forge weld , since melting and casting destroys the value of blade steel-- plus, since he's a master blacksmith, forge welding should be second nature and really fast.

Can we get some sort of explanation about why your updates are so infrequent? I love your writing style and story , but it's really hard to view my stones on a book that languishes for weeks on end without word 1 from the author.

Hey man, I really like this story and I've continued to put my votes to it, but the amount of time between chapters is becoming a problem. Could you at least tell us what's going on, because just using the author note to push out the next chapter further and further without explanation isn't cool. I want to continue supporting this excellent work; however, being left out in the cold makes it hard to justify continuing to vote for... nothing new.
