Remember, he got 5 more from the snake egg (after throwing the other egg at Son of Heaven), which boosted his total to 13. And now, with 5 more, he reaches 18.
Genshin Impact. Character: Eula (who constantly talks about vengeance.)
hump? :) (I think this is a typo: should be "thump")
Actually, there are several blind people who have learned echolocation, and use it to move around semi-normally. It is really worth looking up, and quite fascinating: "human echolocation"
I heard that exact same voice when I read this line, as well!
The size of boost might be tied to the Physique. So with his Celestial Physique, maybe he is getting a much higher growth rate than anyone else.
He went blind at 7 years old--that should have been old enough to learn how to read. Plus, he didn't become crippled until 13, so he could have also learned to read with braille.
Thank you very for the reply! And that does make sense. It's just that, for a Righteous sect entrance exam, I would have expected it to at most highly encourage killing, vs fully requiring it. But what you said does help make sense.
A (possible) complaint: Isn't it normally demonic sects that require killing in their entrance exams, while righteous sects just turn a blind eye to killing? It feels weird for the Holy Sect (a sect that, by its very name, is declaring itself an ultra-righteous sect) to have such a demonic-type entrance exam. I hope this oddity is somehow addressed in the future: For example, either the holy sect is actually a misnamed demonic-type sect, or a righteous sect that has become corrupt, or the people killed during the killing-required phases don't actually die. Having the Holy sect be an actual true righteous sect, that actually requires killing in its entrance exams, feels off.
When I saw this comment, I thought you were also making a joke referencing the 404 error code...only to look at the chapter # and realize that there really were 404 earlier chapters.
There is a way for Vagro to still be alive while the empire still looks respectable. Since the emperor wants to maintain peace between the countries, and wants someone like Calina to become empress, he might have had Vagro receive a harsh punishment that didn't include death.
Feifei's cultivation was lagging behind his, so he felt she needed it more than him, to keep his cultivation from getting too far ahead of hers.
