Yes, that's why before the upgrade every essence except reality was unlimited, but now he can even get some of it through mana/essence created with mana

I'm sorry, but for entities whose power are equivalent to millions/billions of universes or even a FU***** cosmos talking about millisecond like it's a big deal is shameful... I mean, At such height of power, talking about 10^-3s like you're the fastest man alive when you literally use daos and laws encompassing time or speed like Chronos and Alacrity, I would die of shame !

<Runic Dao Line of Ruination> :: A unique manifestation of a deconstructed and reconstructed Dao of Ruination that should normally not be possible. So, while the primordial eye is said to: "normally not be possible for Common Existences. The Dao Line has settled into the left eye of the holder as they have gained something ancient that normally only the Primordials hold", here the eye of ruination is just not supposed to exist, with no mention of the Primordials at all 🤔
