Its not horrible, just incredibly boring. Honestly, I'd have to say this is the most boring Naruto story I can remember reading. Every chapter starts pretty much the same, with the MC sleeping in (and having to rely on a 5 year old to wake him up) then goes to class has the same conversation, then observes his classmates. Only after that does the author tack on a couple of new things. The interaction between characters is pretty bland, and there isn't anything note worthy about the MC, he's just average. Boring.
