From what I read in the story, Nik is Hayley's son from another universe, but he was also adopted by Qetsiyah as a baby, and in previous chapters it was revealed that he was re-gestated by Qetsiyah, so he looks like Qetsiyah, from what I understood.

The story is very good; so far it's been one of the best DxD stories I've read. The characters aren't robotic and aren't molded like NPCs; each one has their own consciousness.
