hopefully you'll see the problem here. if he reincarnated and has full control over his body so young it makes him being the villain null and void all his actions will be his alone. you've just made him being reincarnated into the villain for no reason now. with how the butterfly effect works he would change the whole entire story. there would be almost nothing the same as he has written in his book. this means realistically when the protagonist meets him there should be no animosity towards him unless the main character here decides to antagonize the protagonist and become his villain anyways.

this story isn't very good man. it empty. Alot of nothing is happening.

So a godly being doesn't have the self control not to look up😐. You could have simply made the dragon want the fight and have the dragon fly into his line of sight. So in turn the Mc would get into a fight he was trying too avoid.

The portion where you talk about the solar system doesn't really make sense. You claim they don't know about the solar system and they think their world is on a snake's back. So if that's what they think why does he claim the solar system is the same? Where did he getting the knowledge that their solar system is the same? If he doesn't have actual evidence in the memory then is he just assuming that they're wrong. This is another world who's to say that the world isn't on a snake's back?
