Wait, where was Li Yuren previously? What happened with the kidnapping? I thought it was still an open plot because neither him nor the Hawk were present for the test?! Did the author forget, or is this hidden plot?!

Still feels a little low. They managed to get the majority of the test takers through the first 7 or 8 waves alive.. of course, after the 4th wave, only 2 beasts had any kills, so I guess the city score was weighted. If the other 8 cities had more than 2 couples each make it to the end, I guess it makes sense.

ohhhh, ok, now I see how they can mess with the city score by taking their points with them.
