The world of Dragons and monsters needs very little attention, regulating itself for the most part. But the mixed species magical world is far more interesting, full of politics, intrigue, tension, and war. Within a generation after the battle, we have to intervene to stop their antics from turning genocidal, so we start planning a new system for managing things there. They just had the "war between the gods" and they just described the "war between the species" meaning the system might have just been implemented in this very chapter

4 whole councils are watching them. Depending on how many are on a council that's anywhere between 100 and 300 people all watching them like it's reality television lol.

I've been wondering for a while now what world they're on. I'm beginning to suspect they're on the world Cain was transferred to if you've read Reincarnated with a System. Just hundreds if not thousands of years later. But if that's the case what happened to the system that already existed on the world? Did it fizzle out? Did it just end at some point?So many questions

A large lizard with healing lightning magic that's bathing in a pond full of stones with holy/healing properties. Sacred Lightning incoming? A Lizard Paladin. Possibly a future Dragon Paladin. Or because it's sacred lightning, would it be better to call it tribulation lightning even though it's not as destructive.
The mass of Holy Stones at the bottom of the pool gave him a gentle aura, like fresh laundry and sunshine, and Thor wasn't going to miss out on any chance to be clean and relaxed. The Spell is interwoven with fate and vice versa if you have the spell you are bound to fate if you are fated you gain the benefits of the spell. You might not have the Fated attribute because maybe your fate is rather small. Sunny, the idiot that he is removed himself from fate. Meaning he removed the spell from himself as well. If he wants to get stronger now he'll have to do so as the ancient heroes did before the spell existed.

so we have a red dragon and a gold dragon and a world dragon. I do truly believe this world is connected to the authors first 2 books. Which if it is will be awesome since that universe is great. Rereading the summoning system book now.

Hello, also rereading for the 3rd time. Yes it's good.
Being stuck in a game nobody leaves doesn't sound half bad to Cain. He was a high school dropout with a drinking problem, living off government disability payments due to his poor health, so it's not like he had much to lose except a few faithful friends he didn't talk to enough.
