a clumsy mashup of every "cool" anime the author has seen, randomly throwing in new powers that don't need to be from other anime but are because giving the reader extra homework to do is cooler i guess.The setting the MC is in can easily explain the in-universe whatever power the author wants to give him, but he insists on geek-gasming about every other show he's seen too.Unfocused, inconsistant wishfulfillment with no plot.

i don't think white people get offended by being called white. Most white people don't even get mad at being called cracker. probably should, but don't.
japan is very conservative. you can tell by their use of "moral culture".It usually means "anything I don't personally like is bad and therefore illegal."
giving him too many templates is going to get annoying for the reader to remember. it might be better to give him in-universe boons like battle aura, stronger magics, magic resistance, or something similar.i understand that you like multiple shows, but you don't need to shove all of them into one fanfic.
you could just say the powers. i don't like having to do research when reading a fanfiction.
