theoretically if jiraiya masters sage mode he would literally be unmatched in konoha if this was canon. He'd be similar to hashirama when he uses his own sage mode.

Also I don't think that would be a thing. Naruto is only able to spam jutsu because of his specific seal. Kurama's chakra was slowly being fed into narutos own chakra network. Thats why he has large amounts of chakra compared to a normal uzumaki. If our mc is able to use a similar seal to the seal minato used then yeah his own chakra will increase too.

wydm. Itachi used eye contact in only a split second without even using his sharingan. Itachi was just that good that he didn't even require the sharingan for genjutsu. And Itachi has the Tsukuyomi ability so he doesn't even count.
