I know it doesn’t really matter, but if you convert all the grades on a numerical scale F-=1 F=2 and so on. Then if you add up the scores(37) and devide by the total number of stats(6) you get 6.1 which is E+ so I believe it’s correct.

Direct comperison it would be more like 400,000. And thats not taking into acount the fact that alot of countries have less of a population that reside in cities than north america does. so more like 200,000.
