This story is very fun. Seeing our mc fight the mc of the first world is very fun and the interactions with the system are fun. One thing that does annoy me is the proactiveness of the MC, he often just lets things happen without actively being involved in the plot. I understand why he does this and it also makes sense because it is his first world but I hope that changes as the story goes on and he goes around yoinking a lot more important stuff. That being said, the MC isn't a weak character though some of his actions can be seen as a little cowardly. The story right now is pretty simple and its enjoyable. I don't have any major problems with it, it's not great, its not bad. This story does not deserve a 5 but due to the nature of this platform I gotta give it a 5 otherwise I may as well have killed its parents.
Did you perhaps consider that in this world mages are more common and so they are more like normal people? Actually, why am I asking that, read the synopsis, everyone knows magic. If everyone knows how to do magic, how would it be a noble profession? It's not the worldbuilding that's the problem here, it's you not reading the synopsis...
This is adapted from a great novel and is faster paced so if you didn't like the original novel, Plague Doctor, because of its pacing you will most likely enjoy this. The plot is strong, some aspects of the novel translate very well into a comic and new concepts are explored. My only issue would be that the personalities of some of the characters are slightly changed.
Probably for repairs and it said they were ambushed so maybe people went behind enemy lines to cripple the enemy army. But yeah, it's kinda dumb.
This is a reference to the brief time League of Legends became a dating simulator.
Alright, this is a spoiler, but if you really want to know, keep reading. The MC's power makes him super focused on one thing, which includes his goals. Due to that, he is currently neglecting multiple parts of his life, and focusing only on the goal of the motorcycle. He currently isn't aware of it, but when he realizes, this side effects will decrease.
I've always found it strange how differently people pick up languages. English is my third language, I learned two before because both my parents initially spoke different languages. Picking up languages has never been a pain for me, but a lot of my friends go their entire lives until late in high school or college without learning a second language because they think it's too hard. I based his capability to learn languages on those friends whose experiences I thought would be more common than mine and yours.
I need to get this story to 15,000 words before it qualifies. I think it's a new change. By chapter 8 or something, you should be allowed to.
Not sure if you ever read one of Wiz's novels, Reborn: Evolving From Nothing or Reborn: Apocalypse. In both of those, Wiz stole first and liked his comments in the comment sections which I thought was pretty funny, so I decided to do the same.
