while yes while you would normally be 15 to go into high school depending on when you were born you could be 14 at the start. now some schools and or parents if they believe you are intelligent enough to skip a grade will allow you to move up a year, so since he was a teenager/young adult when he died and got put into a five-year-old either his parents or school could have bumped him up a grade due to knowing the material and being mature enough for it. so, it is possible for him to start school at 13

for sasuke i would tell him about the sand technique and the price for it, the edo technique and all the downsides to using it, and about the rinnigon and how it can only come about from a uchiha willing to give up his EMS to a senju/uzumaki
