have a cheat mod of your choice i prefer Cheat Holotape you don't have to use it but having it helps a ton when you need to get somewhere instead of wasting 30-40 minutes to get there by trudging through enemies launching mini nukes like crazy and going through 2 towns just to complete this quest you can boost your speed and get there in like 7-8 minutes. or max out your specials so you can get around that exploit that they patched in the recent update
