I would really like to see Grunt gaining a human form and then them landing in a semi normal universe like Dying light 2 just to see the reaction of the people he would interact with. :) and even if he does gain it its not like he has to use it aside from those universes where not being human gets you nuked.

I have a problem with a lot of your words cause they are either used incorrectly or they are not the the right ones(not the most suitable ). For example you describe Ajuka as the smartest devil and while there is no problem in that statement, it feels childish for example it feels something along the lines of"and that's the smartest kid in the class", I feel like you could've used the most intelligent devil and it flow better.

He would, the one you are talking about had way more time to absorb the sunlight and as a consequence could handle more of it, plus the surface of the sun is something like 5500°C so he would need to complete a couple of requirements to even attempt bathing in the sun. 1: see if you can breath in vacuum/if you can't alternatively you can see for how long you can hold your breath 2: if your body can handle the temperature(heat of sun, coldness of space) 3: then comes the food problem if the sun can't sustain you(I'm not sure if Superman could go without food in the sun) There is probably a couple more but I'm too lazy to try and write them down.

Would it be feasible to build a sort of chamber that would concentrate the solar rays onto him? That would mean he would grow stronger faster. Or maybe like the Golden Superman when he gains the capability to survive in the sun, he should take a bath in it.
