Nah, I think this is just a random Cultivator's world he stumbled upon to.

Wow, this is really thorough... It'd be cool once MC realizes he can do such things.
One thing Paul realized that his most versatile ability came from the improvement of his soul which came with many mind related powers once he tried searching for them. One of with was his telekinesis which he could use as a sort of sonar finding things and it took him ten minutes to find a great place to build in the Mountain range. - Eledian11mthReplied to ANANTA
I think the MC could do all this but he just doesn't realize it yet, since he was sent there with no idea how he got all of his powers as he was more depressed his world is destroyed at the moment of confusion. Maybe he'll discover them in the future if he actively seeks to use such powers.
"Now for you…" Paul had realized that maybe the telepaths here are indeed strong but somehow his soul was more fine-tuned in this kind of things. I think it was implied that no one could take his memories and life force from the wish he was given. Maybe she only got muscle memory from the body similar to Zombieman, a master in hand to hand combat as well as the ingrained skills of Might Guy.

Paul suddenly performed an Elbow towards Exodus face who was sent backwards from Paul's strength. Having the hand let go of his heart, Paul landed with a calm face while looking at his ripped shirt where his wound was starting to heal very fast.

This made him lose focus as the entirety of the glutes smushed towards his face. He wanted to react but his senses were overwhelmed by the smell of blue cheese and fish paste combined together and fried on heavy lard. So he and the figure that fell on him rolled back that they were sent towards the water behind him.
- Eledian1yrCommentedBut Paul was surprised at how heavy the figure that fell upon him as he saw two moons peeking out on a tight jean pants fall upon his face making him scrunch his nose as he realized what had just greeted him. He was stunned as his enhanced sense were on overdrive making able to take in all the details as his face started distorting as the two moons made landfall towards his face.
- Eledian1yrCommentedHe was so unlucky before that he mostly tripped on the stairs, stubbing his toe, a vase falling to his head, stepping on dog poop, wind breaking his umbrella on a rainstorm, girlfriend cheated on him, his new girlfriend cheated on him with his ex-girlfriend cause she was bi-sexual, ripping his pants when he picked up a fallen coin, slipping on a banana peel, getting a terminal illness and so many more occurrences in his life that maybe if was life saying to him he should just give up. This was why even when he saw the whole world somehow is destroyed he did not think much as he had been having a streak of bad-luck his whole life.

Nokia seemed a good choice, so do you have a number?." Paul smiled and handed the hard as a brick phone to Ancient One who type her number on the Phone.

He then wiled his soul to float forward and attach itself to his body much to the surprise of the Ancient One making her have a pensive expression. After returning to his body he closed down his Gates which brought a waved of pain and fatigue to him but was gone soon as he felt his body repair itself instantaneously.
- Eledian1yrCommentedKicking backwards Paul ricocheted himself to the buildings all around him to dodge the meteorite and try to close the gap between him and the Ancient one. But just as he was about to continue he suddenly found himself face to face to the ancient one and received as palm on his chest which somehow pushed his soul out of his body.
