it could be that elves mana is just liked more by spirits, so they rarely show themselves to anyone but elves. this would make it so other races wouldn't even try to summon spirits.

the M1 garand used what was called stripper clips, so unless they are actual spring loaded magazines like you'd see now adays in pistol mags and rifle mags, its totally fine for it to be called a clip

I saw people saying magizines or belt ammo, but what about stripper clips like the m1 garand had? It would be a solution until they could actually produce/mass produce magazines

to be fair, depending on where she stabbed him he could still be alive for at least a few minutes, if she didn't hit the heart or a major vein or the lungs he wouldn't die right away and would still have the breathe to talk

except they do, my kindergarten and elementary school would ask the parents if they are allowed to paddle their child for disciple, basically its spanking the child with a wooden paddle. I was in trouble basically all the time and i was getting paddled basically every day sometimes multiple times. it got to the point where my parents took away their ability to give me that type of punishment simply cause it wasn't working. while it might not be cane punishment its still a physical punishment
