too monotonous after 100 chapters. like you are just dumping info and following a routine. its like i can skip the whole chapter after just reading the name of chapter and reading few lines in fast forward way. i don't know if it gets better later on but i am at 221 chapter and nothing happens for last 100 chapters. there is no human emotion or connection to talk about/ what is the point of him being reincarnated from Earth if he has never used this knowledge. i thought it would get interesting in academy arc - but no - its still the same thing - the only reason he joins is to get cheaper resources and to escape from his family. currently he is doing the same thing escaping from academy to different country. I don't know what happens next but really no human interaction at all.

really - i am okay with sending Ren to Heuco Mondo - but reason is totally not right. To lose captaincy because of this is wrong - give him a seperate position (promotion) and task him to create a soul society base in heuco Mondo - that i can accept - but he should still be allowed to take new members from academy and stuff. The one thing i liked was the fact that Yammamoto quite openly talked with him regarding the issue and didn't conspire or do politics. But still... he should get more out of deal.
