I understand where you and others are coming from when thinking this, but I want to reiterate, this is not a SI with meta-knowledge. He, like anyone else, has to learn through trial and error. He only just got the reality stone, and hadn't needed the "notice-me-not" skill before.

Every Kevlar and Plate body armor is rated at a certain level. Each level corresponds to what caliber of bullet and how many shots it's capable of stopping from penetration. A level 4 is rated for 7.62 (AK rounds) or 30-06 (powerful hunting rifle).

I walked out into the arena while holding the image in my mind and slowly let it take the place of the clothes I was wearing now, putting a little 'magic' on display as a wave traveled from my neck down, causing my clothes to warp and change. My simple t-shirt became a black silk doublet with red stitching and golden buttons. While a long, black leather jacket formed over it, reaching down to my shins, its inner lining was a crimson-red silk. With good whisky, especially if it's older, adding just a tablespoon of water dilutes the "alcohol" taste and brings out more of its flavor.
