Pretty sure magic and chakra operate differently. This would not work.
The reason I'm saying this? Well I decided to use Chakra control exercises. To start out I used the leaf balancing exercise. It's quite simple really all you have to do is take a leaf, place it on your finger and make it stick to that finger.
