It is always people who have nothing constructive to write that have a weird impulse to say they don't like the story instead of just not reading

(override protocol) so he has a limiter on his power if he uses too much. So he still is basically human but stronger, In the invincible universe even when a viltrumite is tired or mortally wounded their powers still don't go away or disappear to recharge.

He is a viltrumite but he can't fly and his powers basically turn on and off, might as well make him human since he really isn't viltrumite with all these nerfs

I know you said this fanfic is just for fun but I kind of prefer this invincible/Andre fanfic

this is only the second war the first was basically everyone for themselves and in that war no one really won, all villages lost a lot and there was no definitive loser.
