No point in a response. It does make him weak, it wouldn't make it a bland character, but a more realistic one fitting the "law of the jungle" universe he is in.
So send him to equally powerful universes my friend, nerfing is never the answer.
Why do a decent % of authors believe a character being ruthless and cold makes them bland and therefore making them weak is somehow an improvement?
I took a shot and I missed, that's a mistake. I'll go against the most powerful existence known to me while being a child, and I won't hide it either. That's not a mistake, that's a retard's thought process. Believe it or not, a kid can be a retard and not just be excused as "oh he's just a boy." Making him what he should be after a couple of hundred chapters is not character development.
Character development does not mean reading about a borderline retard for the first couple of chapters and then getting the normal version after. There are plenty of smart kids in the world, you don't have to be a reincarnator to be "ruthless" at the start. Believe it or not, not every kid is a saint.
Thanks, its a writing style not an omission though
More face slapping? Another potentially good novel bites the dust
Brutality, Ruthlessness and Evilness have all just been categorized as edgy? Jesus, you people are too much.
I assume he's going to turn her into his demonic servant by catching her off guard, so why doesn't he take his time, and make his move after they've finished having ***? That's her most vulnerable moment, and he'd get to take advantage of her as well before turning her into his servant. Feels more likely that this is just your excuse because while logical and the best way to handle this situation, killing 2 birds with 1 stone, you don't like it? If the MC is not gay, are you?
Increasing spirit doesn't make you more intelligent, and who says humanity never needed great strength? We were, and still are, incapable of possessing great enough strength to directly solve our problems, and because of that, we had to endure thousands and thousands of years of being at the bottom of the food chain. Increasing spirit at this point is plain and simple just stupid, and having read the following 20+ chapters, I should have dropped this here after seeing the signs of a subpar decision making.
