I think thats a viable option for somebody born into Marvel without powers of some kind. Shield agents would more than likely get good pay and benefits. Plus, I would imagine that if you could get to the levels similar to Coulson or Maria Hill then you could have a chance for other benefits. Specifically powers of some sort. I always thought that it would be interesting to see a story where a person is reincarnated into Marvel and they become a scientist working at Shield to make powers. Because, when you think about it, Shield/ Hydra had access to every power in the MCU except magic (I think).

The entertainment cliche of giving a scary animal or creature a cute name is entirely based on irony. Just because you give a rabid bulldog the name banana doesn't mean it will be less scary when it's literally biting through your arm. Cute names could be good PR. However, they wouldn't be helpful enough to negate a smear campaign from Magneto and his people plus the governments from around the world. For instance, the nuke that wiped out Nagasaki had the name Fat Man. Fairly boring and unintimidating. Yet, even 60 some years later Nukes are still feared around the world.

A.) This is a fanfiction, the author can write whatever he wants. If he wants Tang San to be a woman he's a woman. So, taking information from the canonical series is pointless, and it's even more pointless to continue to argue your opinion. B.) Even if this wasn't a fanfiction. you would still be wrong. You can't take logic from a sequel and apply it to one of the earlier books. More than likely, the author writing Douluo Dalu didn't plan to write the sequels. I also seriously doubted he planned out the plots for the sequels. He probably wrote the first story, saw that it was popular, and thought about he could write a sequel that escalates the series while still staying true to the original. So, you bringing up mecha and nuke and whatnot from Douluo Dalu 2 and 3 is once again pointless.
