There are so many things wrong in what you said.First, railguns use electromagnetic rails to accelerate a bullet. Second, there is something called terminal velocity.In free fall, it wouldn't infinitely accelerate the stone. The stone would still be deadly. But not more than a high calibre gun.Horizon has much better options without so much prep time than waiting for the stone to reach the needed speed.If he can do that with a big enough boulder, it would be pretty destructive.Like a meteor strike.

Yeah, if it is possible to logic and think your way through, to some skills. Or if you have a basis you can build on. But the skills he gained are just from work of fiction and he doesn't even have martial or magic skills he can base them on. I can imagine him doing this after gaining more skills and experience. But at the start with nothing to build on, this doesn't make sense. Still, this is fiction and discussing how a power works is stupid because it works how the author wants it to work.
The third one he taught was Kusaka Reya, she is also a bishop and was taught by her grandmother at a young age, so her proficiency is much higher than Momo, she best at communication and spying so, Xander learned a Clairvoyance skill (Merlin), the ability to know anything about the world in the present. And taught it to her, though since she just learned it, her range is just 50 meters. He also taught them the 'Endurance' skill. Comparing Sona's peerage to a fortress is already acceptable. Satou couldn't just imagine a skill or spell and learn it. Either experimenting or seeing/getting hit with a skill/spell could he gain it.

Women are dramatic creatures, and I didn't have the time nor patience to deal with more than one at a time.

I feel like I have to be offended on women's behalf. Thought as a guy who has to deal with our better half of humanity, I understand where he is coming from.

He was nerfed big thrice. And some more small nerfes. First was against nomu. Then the powers he got from all for one. And now again. The powers could become strengths later but now they just limit him. As I said, if it was a small nerf with valid reason, I wouldn't mind. But it feels like the MC gets nerfed and his powers twisted, only because of plot and because the author couldn't write a logical story if he doesn't nerf. Writing himself in a corner. So making the MC weaker is the only way the plot makes sense. Don't misunderstand me. I still think that this is one of the best MHA fics and very well written.

then why hype your MC so much? Always when it counts, his strongest powers get somehow blocked or nerfed. It's like power blue balling. If it was once or twice it wouldn't be so bad. But every time his powers would have made an easy solution, somehow they don't work like we were told. If you have to asspull a nerfe so often it has nothing to do with a smart opponent. It's not like the author can't write a good fight with a strong villain. All for one was smarter and stronger and the MC lost while putting up a good fight. This is still one of the best MHA story's. I'm just complaining because it's a otherwise a we'll written fic. I wouldn't care if this was a bad fic with no logic and plotholes.

if you want to have a opponent to your protagonist, make them strong. Don't make your overpowered MC weaker because you made him too overpowered. If you have to always nerf your MC, you are just a bad writer.
